POSTAGE & RETURNS


Postage 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

At Kit & Cradle we offer FREE STANDARD POSTAGE Australia-wide for all of our Mumma and Baby Gift Boxes. You can upgrade to Express Postage for an additional $8 (Gift Boxes only). Orders will be posted within one business day of the order being accepted.

For all other items, standard postage is charged at a flat rate of $10, for orders over $100 postage is FREE. Express Post is available for a flat rate of $16 Australia-wide, orders will be posted within one business day of the order being accepted.

All orders are processed, packaged and posted within two business days of the order being accepted. Items are sent with Australia Post (or equivalent) via Parcel Post from Glenelg, South Australia. Delivery can take anywhere between 2 and 10 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number so you can check the delivery status of you order.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Kit & Cradle do not ship Internationally at this time.

 

Refund Policy 

We will happily accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange (excludes sale items).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please contact us via hello@kitandcradle.com.au with your order number prior to returning any items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless faulty.

Faulty Items
Please contact us immediately if your item is faulty so we can arrange a replacement or refund. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original postage cost  will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable postage service.
