POSTAGE & RETURNS

Postage Policy

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

At Kit & Cradle we offer standard postage within Australia charged at a flat rate of $8.95. For orders over $70, standard postage within Australia is FREE*

Express Post is available for a flat rate of $14.95 Australia-wide. Express orders will be posted within one business day of the order being accepted.

All non-express orders are processed, packaged and posted within two business days of the order being accepted. Items are sent with Australia Post or Sendle from Glenelg, South Australia. Delivery can take anywhere between 2 and 10 business days and is at the discretion of the delivery partner. PO boxes or regional deliveries may take longer. You will be emailed a tracking number so you can check the delivery status of your order.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, and do not contact us to rectify before fulfilment, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

 *This offer is available on online purchases within Australia only. Orders over $70AUD qualify for free postage. Orders under $70AUD will incur a standard flat rate postage charge of $8.95 within Australia. Offer is subject to change at any time at the discretion of Kit & Cradle.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Kit & Cradle do not ship Internationally at this time.

 

Refund Policy 

At Kit & Cradle, we offer free 30 day returns. We will happily accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please contact us via hello@kitandcradle.com.au with your order number prior to returning any items. We will then email through a free return delivery label so you can send the goods back to us.


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note, original postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless faulty.

Faulty Items
Please contact us immediately if your item is faulty so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
