POSTAGE & RETURNS

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

FREE delivery for orders over $100.

At Kit & Cradle we offer standard postage within Australia charged at a flat rate of $8.95. For orders over $100, standard postage within Australia is FREE.

Express Post is available for a flat rate of $14.95 Australia-wide. Express orders will be posted within one business day of the order being accepted.

All non-express orders are processed, packaged and posted within two business days of the order being accepted. Items are sent with Australia Post or Sendle from Adelaide, South Australia. Delivery can take anywhere between 1 and 10 business days and is at the discretion of the delivery partner. PO boxes or regional deliveries may take longer. You will be emailed a tracking number so you can check the delivery status of your order.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, and do not contact us to rectify before fulfillment, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Kit & Cradle offer Standard International Shipping at a rate of $19.95. 

International delivery can take between 6-27 business days depending on your location. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can check the delivery status of your order.

Duty & Tax

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees. Please note Kit & Cradle is not responsible for any customs charges or fees imposed. Please check with your local customs office for further information.  

 

Refund Policy 

At Kit & Cradle, we offer 30 day returns. We will happily accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please contact us via hello@kitandcradle.com.au with your order number prior to returning any items. Any return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note, original postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless faulty.

Faulty Items
Please contact us immediately if your item is faulty so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
