Refund Policy
At Kit & Cradle, every piece is crafted with care and we want you to adore it just as much. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on bloomers or any garments that show signs of wear or washing.
Please contact us via hello@kitandcradle.com.au with your order number prior to returning any items. Any return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note, original postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless faulty.
Faulty Items
Please contact us immediately if your item is faulty so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
