• How do I choose the right romper size for my newborn?

  Sizes are approximate and based on age, weight and length. If you’re unsure, choosing a size up allows longer wear as your baby grows. Babies also vary in size, so when in doubt, sizing up is often a good choice. Kit & Cradle garments are made slightly generous to allow for longer wear.

• What is the diagonal zip and why is it helpful?

  Our diagonal zip makes it easier to get rompers on and off, especially during nappy changes, and the backing behind the zip protects delicate skin from accidental snags and irritation.

• Are these rompers good for everyday wear?

  We recommend a gentle cold machine wash with like colours, wash inside out to protect prints, and line dry in shade. Avoid bleach, soaking, tumble drying and dry cleaning for best results.

  Yes, our pieces are printed with water-based inks free from nasties and made from organic cotton that’s soft and gentle on sensitive newborn skin.
